Privacy policy.

Raleigh Influencers is a directory of Triangle-area creators operated by Alupify LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Alupify LLC is the data controller for information collected through the Service.

Account data. When you sign up, we store your account email. We do not use passwords, sign-in works by emailing you a one-time code. Your account email is used for sign-in and transactional messages only and is never displayed on your public profile.

Profile data. The full name, display handle, city, niche, platforms, follower counts, rate, bio, portrait, gallery images, media kit, and public contact email you choose to share on your listing.

Usage data. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, referrer) collected by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

Messages.If you use the “Suggest a creator” or contact form, we retain the message contents and the email you provide so we can respond.

We use your information to operate the directory: display approved listings, let brands contact creators, send account emails (sign-in codes, approval and rejection notices), review submissions for quality, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not run ad networks on the Service.

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to host the site, store data, and deliver email. These providers act on our behalf only and are not allowed to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone else.

Once your listing is approved, the profile information you submitted becomes publicly viewable at your profile URL and indexable by search engines. This includes your display name, city, niche, platform handles and followers, bio, portrait, gallery, media kit link, and the contact email you set as public. You control what is shown from your dashboard and can unlist yourself at any time.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser can block or clear cookies, but signing in will not work without them.

Profile data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account from the dashboard, we remove your listing, uploads, and account record from our systems. Some minimal records (like transactional email logs and payment receipts) may persist with our vendors for as long as they retain them, or for the period required by law.

You can view and edit your profile at any time from your dashboard. You can delete your account from the Billing section of the dashboard, which removes your listing and associated data. If you would like a copy of the information we hold about you, or have a specific request about your data, email us and we will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 to create a creator account. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it.

We use industry-standard practices including TLS in transit, hashed passwords, row-level security on our database, and scoped storage policies for uploads. No system is perfectly secure, so you should use a strong, unique password and be thoughtful about what you share on a public listing.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the new version here. Substantial changes will also be emailed to account holders where appropriate.
